What is the Monthly Mystery Mailing?

It is whatever you want it to be! On a monthly basis, Consultant Depot will mail out an 8.5” x 11” sheet of colored paper with your own design/information of a flyer, letter, newsletter, survey, or invitation to your customers and/or downline members.  The Mystery Mailing is placed into an envelope with your return address!

What do I do?

It’s simple to get started, just follow these directions:

1. Create your own newsletter (customer driven or downline driven), invitation, survey, flyer, or letter on one-page. Please create in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works, or Adobe, and if possible, save it in a .pdf format.
2. Please make sure that you send it in by the deadline for each month in order to be included!  Provide us with the preferred return address information you would like included on your envelopes!
3. Email us your information including:
   • Your piece as an attachment to Mystery@consultantdepot.com by the deadline for that month. Please make sure it is in ‘ready-to-send’ condition as we will not be responsible for any editing mistakes.
   • Use the following guide to help you with your customer list:  CDepot Mystery Spreadsheet Guide and email your list to Mystery@consultantdepot.com.
   • If you are sending 2 or more different designs, please specify each title of the Mystery Mailings that you give us so that we can match each flyer to the correct customer list.  (An example of this would be if you created a newsletter for your customers and a separate one for your downline.)
   • Include your preference of Black ink or Colored ink.
   • Your choice of colored paper. Your color choices are pink, salmon, yellow, goldenrod, green, blue, turquoise, lilac, gray, cream, or white.

What will Consultant Depot do?

1. We will be print your Mystery Mailing using black-ink or colored ink on a laser printer.
2. Your mailings are placed into envelopes with your preferred return address!
3. Consultant Depot will print, label, process, and mail your design to your customers for you.

What are the benefits for using this service?

You won’t have to worry about having the supplies needed to do this on your own (e.g. paper, printer, ink, postage, envelopes), not to mention the time it takes to get it all done!

You can keep in regular contact with your downline and/or customers and also get creative with your mystery mailings! You can send a survey one month and a coupon the next. You can send your downline incentives and keep them up-to-date on trends and events!  The possibilites are endless!

When are the deadlines and when will they be mailed?

The deadlines are always on the 27th of the previous month, unless otherwise stated on the calendar.  The Mystery Mailings are then mailed by the 3rd of the mailing month via standard mail.
