The custom lines (1-7) are where you will choose what contact information you would like for your customers to see. Including letters and spaces, lines 1-3 and 5-7 can be 26 characters in length. Line #4 can be up to 54 characters in length. This process allows more customizable space to place specials, due date information, and recruiting announcements! Your customers will know at first glance who is sending them a brochure…YOU! Here is a rough example of the outline of our mailing labels:

Items in Red are where your customized label information will go.  *Custom Line # 4 has been left open all the way across the label. This will enable our clients to place longer than normal website addresses, email addresses, or a customized longer message to the topic of their choice!

The items in Bold are where your customer's address information will be placed.

The above example of the 2" x 4" label is for reference purposes. It is only a replica of another program that we use to process the mailing. It is not exact and will look more professional than it appears.

Consultant Depot places the mailing labels on the front cover of the brochures.  A heavy black line will divide the space between the two sets of information.
