Importing Customers

When developing your customer list for upload on our Consultant Depot website, we've created a step by step guide that makes it easy for you to utilize the databases of your customers that you may already have created!  You'll learn how to export your contacts located in your Outlook program, Outlook Express program, or any spreadsheet formats, and create your Consultant Depot ready file to import into our system!  Your lists will need to be in the .txt or .csv formats with the following information listed for every customer: 

First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code,

Address Verification

For your convenience, we have an Address Verification software embedded into our website.  This software will automatically compare your customer addresses with the USPS postal database.  If you see a Not Confirmed message in the right-hand column of your customer tab list - please review for suggested alternatives to what you have inputted.  We hope you enjoy the convenience of this feature - all a part of your Consultant Depot experience.
