BIG Change in Late Mailing Options for Avon Reps!

BIG NEWS! We are switching things up on you! Based on the feedback we received on our recent annual survey - many of you would like a quicker turnaround if you missed the on-time deadline AND a lot of you want to have the option to mail a campaign even AFTER the late deadline. You will now have 4 opportunities to order from a campaign - your regular on-time mailing, and 3 late mailings to follow.
Quite simply - we are trying to simplify the messages you receive from us & make it easier for you to service your customers if you happen to miss a deadline. Your on-time reminders will still be mailed to you - we will cease email reminders for late mailings. Instead, we encourage you to BOOKMARK the page of our website for your group with the latest late deadline information available. You can access this page via the link in your emails we send or by emailing us your Avon RPS Order group to info@consultantdepot.com. Only those that participated in a particular late mailing will be notified that their brochures were mailed to the post office.
Basically:
On-time Mailings = pre-order in advance to be mailed on your RPS-specific schedule
Late Mailings = real-time ordering (as close as we can get!) and mailed with next batch.
Instead of waiting a week to send a late mailing - it will be combined with the next available mailing. We'll label the late mailings Late, Late2, & Late3. You can always refer to your individualized DETAILED REPORTS section of your account for specific mailing dates of your past orders. Soon, you will have more information displayed on the Send Materials page to make things easier for you - in the meantime, please click on the individual campaign link on the Send Materials page to view the deadline date for any late mailing option - you can also refer to this page on our website - which will be updated to reflect the upcoming deadlines.
