Automatic 'Every' Campaign clients - take note!
Hi there!
I sat down to my laptop this afternoon and 'automatically' caught myself grabbing my list of clients that are on our 'every' campaign mailing list. As a special service, we have processed this list of clients' customers for them and either sent them an invoice for more payment or if they had enough credits in their account, sent them their confirmation email. It took me about a minute to whip out the first person on the list and I finally caught myself...thinking, "I don't have to do this anymore!"
The beauty of our new website is that our clients FINALLY have the control of their customers at their fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Although it's a big time-saver for us to not process the mailing lists individually anymore, I was more tickled for our Consultant Depot clients that they have the tools to update and change information with a few clicks of a button. No more waiting for me to get back to them, no more trying to figure out how to add an attachment via email, no more confusion over which materials are being sent which campaign, and did I mention that there is no more waiting for me to get back to them??
We have set up our website with our 'Every' campaign clients in mind - with one visit, you can submit and purchase up to 4 campaigns worth of mailings at a time! This means that if you don't have any changes to your list, you will only have to login and visit our website a minimum of every other month to purchase your next set of brochures!
In addition to the new website change – we have also extended our deadlines to give you more time to add customers and place your final order, as well! The deadline for the Campaign 12 ‘A’ week mailing is by this Friday, May 5th at 10:00pm EST. For the first time ever, the ‘B’ week mailers have their own separate deadline, so the Campaign 12 ‘B’ week mailing deadline is on Friday, May 12th at 10:00pm EST.

When life throws you lemons....go get lemonade!
I am sitting here at Panera Bread, finally able to access the internet and email today. For some reason, our DSL through SBC is out today and their 'up by Noon' message on their voicemail has come and gone with still no access. So, since I'm lucky enough to have a husband home Tuesday through Friday now (he manages the weekend shift now!), I decided to head over here and grab me some lemonade!
I am very pleased with the reactions of the visitors to our website so far! I appreciate all your nice comments and well wishes! I hope you learn to like our website and our business - our eyes and ears are always open for your suggestions!
I better get back to work, sipping on some lemonade, and finish up the referral credits that will be posted to the accounts of those who logged in and created a membership so far. You can learn more about our referral program that we have available by clicking here.

WOW!! Our New Website is FINALLY Here!
I am writing my first entry in my first blog that will be linked from our brand new website later this morning! I have never been so proud of our business, Consultant Depot, than I am at this moment. We've come so far from our first round of mailings back in 2003. I had this vision back then for what Consultant Depot could be someday and the launching of our new website today is just the beginning of that vision.
There are many things that I could say right now to describe how I feel - most of my future posts won't be this emotional, I promise! However, I want to spend these next few minutes thanking those that have helped us reach this point.
First and foremost, this new website wouldn't be possible without my family's support, most importantly, my husband, Adam. Thank you for being my rock, for listening to hours of brainstorming and dreammaking, for sitting by my side while together we stuff, tape, label, sort, and deliver thousands of brochures each week, and for supporting me as we follow through with the first part of those crazy dreams we cooked up late at night. You've shared my vision from the beginning and I am forever grateful for your love and support! :) I'd also like to thank my children, Alex & Jessica, for supporting this business in their own special ways. While you are both too young to understand and remember this day, I treasure the time I'm able to spend with you each day. I've jokingly called this website my third child during the past few weeks but I hope you know that you both are my inspiration and reason for the automation. I'd like to thank my extended family and friends for their constant love, support and advice. We have a great support network and we appreciate your desire to learn more about our business and how we help others, too. I would also like to thank our website development firm, Interactive Ink, for your passion in our business. We went through 2 other independent developers before we finally were fortunate enough to be led to your business. The third time is definitely the charm, as the entire team has been behind us from the beginning and you've been able to create a highly complex and unique website experience for our clients. This is only the beginning and I am so appreciative of your many talents and skills.
And last, but certainly not least, I'd like to thank our clients. Your feedback, loyalty, trust and support has been what has kept us rolling with this dream. Many of our clients have been with us since the beginning and have remained as such. It has been a pleasure hearing your stories of how we've been able to make your lives easier. Knowing that we are helping others succeed is the driving force behind what we do. You have all taught me something special and continue to teach me everyday. Your customer service is at the forefront of our customer service. Thank you for the opportunity to help you in your Avon businesses. Thank you for your feedback and keep em' coming! I love to hear your stories and it means the world to me that you take the time to share.
So, I hope you take a moment today and celebrate with me as we launch the new beginning of Consultant Depot. Together, with our website firm, we have designed a revolutionary website system with security and privacy as the top priority that will automate our process, literally now, overnight, allowing us to be able to build and grow in order to help more people succeed and reach their customers each campaign. We have plans to continue to grow the website and our business and perhaps we'll look back on this day as one of the first stepping stones to reaching our ULTIMATE big dreams and goals.
